Pursuant to my conservation with Travis Schnick,Project Manager with Lund Builders,Inc.on October 2,2001,he indicated that the basement would be finished according to the original architectural design for the residence and the existing detached garage would be converted into a wood working shop. Staff finds that the proposal to finish the basement and alter the existing detached garage at this location meets the spirit and intent of the St.Croix County Zoning Ordinance for the following reasons: 1. No excavation is proposed. 4. Lund Builders Inc.is the contractor that will complete the remodeling project. 5. The applicant has secured a building permit from the Town Building Inspector. 6. You are allowed one(1)single-family residence per zoning parcel in the River Way District. 7. Businesses are not allowed in the River Way District. 8. You have filed an application for building permit review with the Zoning Office. By signing the application you are agreeing to complete the project as submitted.
