Any area we disrupt by construction of the lift or removal of trees will be sodded and staked for prevention of erosion. I have taken an area that was ending up as the local dumping place and turned it into four well groomed residential sites. We have put in a controlled access at the entrance which will be part of the Ownership Agreement. The lift will have a keyafor each owner and some very strict rules for "use and upkeep of the lift, shore line, and docking system. Shore line activity will be limited to one location for four sites and the burJV*f cost for upkeep is on the owners. I believe this type of system is the way to go ,.as it keeps the individual sites from being destroyed by each party eroding the bank by trying to have use of their individual river site. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Edward T. Johnst t o n 0 U
