The applicant shall ensure that the garage does not encroach within the 100' bluffline setback or any of the other applicable setbacks. 4. Prior to beginning construction,the applicant shall submit to the Planning and Zoning Department an erosion control plan that includes a construction timeline, grading limits, seeding,mulching, and information on the installation of erosion control measures as needed. Please follow the steps in the publication,Erosion Control for Homebuilders, when creating the plan(enclosed). The plan should also include at a minimum, one row of silt fence to be located on the south end of the proposed garage. S.
