Croix Riverway District, Bluffline Setback and Height, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspec- tion of the site in question. .After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered and Executive Session to discuss the request . After returning to open session the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Meinke to deny the request of 60 foot setback, but to grant a setback of 80 feet from the bluffline and 35 foot building height, on condition that all sideyard setbacks can be met, along with meeting all requirements of D.N.R.* The driveway questions shall also be resolved. Seconded by Supervisor Pierson. Motion carried. Vote to ap- prove : Meinke , yes ; r Pierson, yes . Harold C. Barber , cting Secretary St . Croix County Board of Adjustment *D. N .
