REPORT MEMO
The existing dispersal cell was constructed in 1979. Soil backfill over the dispersal cell has developed sufficient structure
to allow adequate wastewater infiltration and treatment, making the construction of a mound component over the existing
dispersal cell acceptable.
As a safety measure,it is recommend that additional square footage be designed into the mound dispersal component
equal to the area of disturbance created by the original dispersal cell installation.
