ORDINANCE - TOWN OF EAU GALLE -MELLGREN

PROPERTY.
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
3 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
4 A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 28 North,
5 Range 16 West, Town of Eau Galle, more particularly described as:
6 Commencing at the NW Corner of the NW Quarter, thence East 215 feet to the
7 Point of Beginning, thence South 350 feet, East 100 feet, North 350 feet and West
8 100 feet back to the Point of Beginning.
9 From the Commercial District to the AG-1 Agricultural District
10 The official zoning map of the Town of Eau Galle on file in the Community Development
11 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
12 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14 of
13 the Wisconsin Statutes.
