Septic Tank And Gravity in-Ground Soil Absorption Component
Pursuant to Comm 83.54 Wis. Adm. Code each Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment
System (POWYS} shah include information and procedures for maintaining the system within
the parameters of Comm 63 and &~, and the conditions of approval by the department, agent,
or govemrnentai unit. The approved plans and permits for system are on file at the county
zoning ar health department.
This management plan complies with Comm 83.54, Wis. Adm. Code, and the in-Ground
Soli Absorptjon Component Manual for Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems SBD-

The septic tank shall be maintained by an individual certified to service septic tanks
under s. 281.48, Scats. The contents of the septic tank shall be disposed of in accordance with
NR 113, Wls. Adm. Code (Servicing Septic or Holding Tanks, Pumping Chambers, grease
interc~ptars, Seepage Beds, Seepage Pits, Seepage Trenches, Privies, or Partabie
Restroorns}.
