ST R01.,w Y TY AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
' �' ORDINANCE - TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE -RICKARD
PROPERTY
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows-
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County
3 of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
4 property-
5 A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
6 of Section 12, Township 31 North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie,
7 Saint Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
8 Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 12; thence
9 N.89 059'00"E., along the south line of the SW '/4 of NW '/4 of said
10 Section 12, 349.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence
11 N.89 059'00"E., along the south line of the SW '/4 of NW '/4 of said
12 Section 12, 974.15 feet to the southeast corner of the SW '/4 of NW 1/4
13 of said Section 12; thence N.00 013'44"W., along the east line of the
14 SW '/4 of NW '/4 of said Section 12, 260.66 feet to the southeast corner
15 of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 4, Page 1030;
16 thence S.89 057'31"W., along the south line of said Lot 1, 298.06 feet
17 to the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N.00 012'13"W., along
18 the west line of said Lot 1, 781.14 feet to the northwest corner of said
19 Lot 1 and the south right of way of County Trunk Highway "H";
20 thence N.65 019'45"W., along said south right of way, 365.15 feet to
21 the beginning of a curve concave to the south, having a radius of
22 1088.44, a central angle of 18 051'54" and whose chord bears
23 N.74 045'42"W., 356.76 feet; thence westerly, along the arc of said
24 curve, 358.38 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Certified Survey
25 Map recorded in Volume 25, Page 5851; thence S.00 010'03"E., along
26 the east line of said Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 25,
27 Page 5851 and along the southerly extension of said east line,
28 1288.05 feet to the point of beginning.
29 From the Commercial District to the Rural Residential District
30 The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community
31 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
32 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section
33 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
