Description
A parcel of land being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4, and part of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4, all in Section 3, Township 28 North, Range 15 West,
Town of Cady, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of
said Section 3, with said point of commencement also being the
point of beginning of this description;
Thence, S. 000 041 0911 W., along the West line of said
Southeast 1/4, a distance of 657.56 feet;
Thence, S. 890 40, 4011 W., a distance of 2580.84 feet to the
East line of S.T.H. 128;
Thence, S. 000 19' 4681 W., along said East line, a distance
of 80.73 feet;
Thence, N. 890 43' 4481 E., a distance of 1000.74 feet;
Thence, S. 000 17' 12" W., a distance of 570.30 feet to the
North line of Interstate 94;
Thence, S. 750 07" 371" E., along said North line, a distance
of 3.72 feet;
Thence, N. 890 53' 36" E., continuing along said North line,
a distance of 1281.82 feet to a point on the South line of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 3;
Thence, N. 890 39' 071" E., along said South line, a distance
of 297.19 feet to the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4;
Thence, N. 890 40, 07"° E., along the South line of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 141.61 feet to a
point on the aforementioned North line of Interstate 94;
Thence, N. 890 00' 2460 E., along said North line, a distance
of 1185.71 feet to a point on the East line of said Northwest 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4;
Thence, N. 000 02" 221' W., along said East line, a distance
of 1300.57 feet to the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4;
Thence, S. 890 42' 17 W., along the North line of said
Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 1324.67 feet to
the point of beginning.
Said described parcel contains 2,853,193 square feet, more
or less, or 65.50 acres.
