DESCRIPTION FOR PARCEL `A'
A parcel of land located in the Southwest °/4 of the Northwest °/4 of Section 23, Township 28
North, Range 15 West, Town of Cady, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described
as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 23;
Thence South 89"36'09" East, along the east-west quarter line of said Section 23, 297.00
feet to the southeast corner of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 10, Page
2814 and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence, North along the east line of said Certified Survey Map, 225.00 feet to the northeast
corner of said Certified Survey Map;
Thence South 89°36'09" East, 290.42 feet;
Thence South, 225.00 feet to said east - west quarter line of said Section 23;
Thence North 89°36'09" West, along said quarter line, 290.42 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 65,343 square feet or 1.50 acres. Subject to any and all additional easements,
right-of-ways or conveyances of record.
