and the deed from Vol. 1649, Pg. 253-254 does not convey this area to Pearson. However AND THAT THIS MAP AND DESCRIPTION ARE A C!
on a deed from L.S.P.I to Pearson ( Vol. 1835, Pg. 01 ) it apparently does convey the parcel TRUE AND CORRECT REPRESENTATION TO
to Pearson. It is questionable whether L.S.P.1 had title to this parcel to be able to convey it SCALE OF THAT SURVEY.
