That certain parcel of land located in the Northwest 114 of the Southeast 114 of Section 9, T 28 N, R 18 W,
Town of Kinnickinnic; St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being a part of Lot 2 of that Certified Survey Map
recorded in Volume 7, Page 1815 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Map records more fully described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, being also the Northwest comer of Lot 4 of that Certified
Survey Map recorded in Volume 9, Page 2624 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Map records; thence
N 78 °46' 40" E. 211.93' (record bearing on the common lot line between said Lots 2 and 4); thence
continuing along said common lot line, N 19°42' 15" E, 221.14' to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel
to be herein described, thence N 05° 09`3 1 " W, 88.11' to the North line of said Lot 2; thence along said North
