All of the Southeast 114 of the Southeast 114 of said Section 26„ lying Easterty of a line being 66 feet Westerly of and parallel to the East line of Lot 1 of that certified survey map recorded in Vol. 13, Page 3649 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Maps, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, those lands described in Vol 1532, Page 46 and 47 of St. Croix County Records and ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM, Lot 2 of that certified survey map recorded in Vol. 13, Page 3649 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Maps.
