Description
A parcel of land located in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32,
Township 28 North, Range 18 West, Town ofKinnickinnic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at the North quarter comer of Section 32, thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes
11 seconds East 1318.54 feet along the North line of the Northeast quarter of Section 32;
thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 27 seconds West 1838.95 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds East 416.87 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19
minutes 27 seconds West 226.94 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds West
416.87 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 27 seconds West 66.00 feet; thence North 89
degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds East 416.87 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 27 sec-
onds West 226.97 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds West 416.87 feet;
