PARCEL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land being a part of Lot 24 of the plat of Country Wood, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 24, being a point on a 233.00 foot radius curve, concave
westerly, whose central angle measures 14°58'45°°, whose chord bears N22°18"30.5"W and measures 60.74 feet;
thence northerly along the arc of sold curve, and the easterly right-of-way of Trillium Lane, 60.91 feet;
thence S85'19'19 W 223.29 feet; thence S53°52'17"W 26.37 feet; thence S8511'42"E 267.84 feet along the
south line of said Lot 24 to the point of beginning.
