Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the NW
corner of said Section 6; thence N89°05`09'"E (True Bearing) 278.38, along
the North line of the NWI/4 of said Section 6; thence South 694.081; thence
S53°25'05"E 978.07' along the former centerline, and the Northwesterly
extension thereof, of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha
Railroad, to the point of beginning; thence S53°25'05°"E 100.36' along
said former centerline; thence S89°14'55"W 11101, more or less, along the
South line of said NWI/4 of the NW1/4 to the shoreline of Lake St, Croix;
thence Northwesterly 3351, more or less, along said shoreline to the
Southeasterly line of the property owned by J. Kenneth and Violet M. Ostby
as recorded in Volume 287, Page 637 and Volume 427, Page 247, Document
#286044 of the St. Croix County Register of Deeds; thence Northeasterly
along said Southeasterly line of the Ostby property 5781, more or less,
