Springfield, St. Croix. County, Wisconsin, farther described as follows:
Commencing at the N %4 Comer of said Section 3; thence S001 %'00"E 83.06' along the North-
South Section line to the point of beginning ( bearings referenced to the North-South Section
line of Section 3, assumed S0('OO'00"E thence continuing SOO°OO'00"E 1000.00' along said
North-South "/4 Section line; thence N87"54°26'°Vd 333.34'; thence N0W00'00"E 1000.00';
thence S87o54'26"E 333.34 to the point of beginning, containing 333,118 square feet ( 7.647
acres more or less and being subject to any easements, restrictions and covenants of record.

of the owners, Charles & Alice Kutzler, I have surveyed and divided tire lands shown hereon in
accordance with official records, Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statues, the Town of
Springfield Subdivision Ordinance and the St. Croix County Subdivision Ordinance and that this
map and description are a true and correct representation thereof.
CAUTION No improvements or structures are allowed between die right-of-way line and the
highway setback line ( State of Wisconsin 50' roadway setback line). Improvements and
structures include, but are not limited to. Signs, parking areas, driveways, wells, septic systems,
drainage facilities, buildings and retaining walls. It is expressly intended that this restriction is
for the benefit of the public as provided in Section 236.243, Wisconsin Statutes, and shall be
enforceable by the Wisconsin Department of the Transportation or its assigns. Contact the
Wisconsin Department of Transportation for more information. The phone number may be
obtained by-contacting the County Highway Department.
NOTE: The lots of the land division may experience noise at levels exceeding the levels in Trans
405.04, Table I. These levels are based on federal standards. Owners of these lots are
responsible for abating noise sufficient to protect these lots.
