and belief; That I have surveyed, divided and mapped part of the Southwest Quarter of the

St. Croix County, Wisconsin bounded by a line described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest earner of said Section 34;
Thence S00"27'05"E. along the west line of said section, 2021.94 feet:
Thence N89°32'49"E, 80.00 feet to the east right-of-way line of St. Croix County Trunk
Highway "T";
Thence N00°27'05"W, along sold right-of-way line. 33.00 feet:
