Back in February of this year I sent in a copy of a survey of 2 acres which looks
very similar to the one enclosed. I made the mistake of following one of Jim Grubbs
maps and what it said. At the time of the field work I couldn't find any of his irons using
the map info to give me search coordinates, so I placed them per the map. When the
snow melted the land owner found one to the west and that led me back to the site and a
new location for the south line of the property based on found monuments.
Would you be kind enough to please destroy the copy I mailed in before and
replace it with the one enclosed.
