LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the NW1/4 of the SEit4. Section 7,
T29N, R1BW, Township of Warren, County of St. Croix, State of
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the E1/4 Corner of said Section thence
NB9°49'13"W (Assumed Bearing), 1686,68 feet along the East-West
centerline of said Section 7 to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing N89049`13"W, 768.33 feet along said East-West
centerline;
Thence S01°i9'SS""W (RA S00037100"W), 670.16 feet to the West line
of a private road;
Thence continuing SO1°19'SS"W (RA SOO°3710011W), 33.00 feet to
the centerline of said private road;
Thence SB9523100"E, 434.00 feet along the centerline of said
private road;
