SURVEYOR'S REPORT
W114 CORNER This survey was done at the request of Fred Schulte to retrace the south and east lines of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map (CSM)
SECTION 13 Volume 13, page 3757.
Said CSM was done in 1999 by Lyle Elliott, RLS No. 1300. The lot lines have been retraced and the corners staked recently, in
November of 2011 according to Mr. Schulte, but no survey map of such survey has been filed with the county Surveyor. Mr. Elliott
states on his survey that he placed 3/4" diameter rerods at the lot corners. 1 found 1-1/2" iron pipes at the lot corners that make
sense with the recorded CSM. I found a 3/4" rerod that was 37.45 feet east and 50.96 feet north of the southeast corner of said Lot 1.
According to Mr. Schulte this was the stake that was placed by Elliott during his 1999 survey and the one that he has relied upon.
None of the other Elliott monuments were found. It appears that they may have been removed by excavation activity.
