Southwest 114 of Section 21, Township 29 North, Range 18 West, Town of Warren, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, being a part of Lot 1 of that certified survey map recorded in Vol. 11, Page 3039 of St. Croix
County Certified Survey Maps, more fully described as follows; Commencing at the South 114 corner of said
Section 21, thence N 89°36'36"W (assumed bearing on the South line of the Southwest 114 of said Section 21)
a distance of 1312.00' (recorded as N 90000'00"W and S 88°42'19"W), to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of
