2.60 ACRES SURVEYOR'S REPORT
I retraced surveys by Clarke Engineering Co. performed in 1947 and Ogden
~O Engineering Co. performed in 1973 to establish the boundaries of the parcel in
/ SEPTIC VENT Section 3 per Doc. No. 241192. The Ogden survey was a retracement of the
/ v o C</ Clarke survey. The Clarke survey established the section line between Sections 3
SEPTIC TANK
and 10. After recovering several monuments from the Ogden survey a section line
Q was computed based on the Clarke survey. A 3/8" iron rod was found on this
SHED computed line near the bluff. Said section line does not agree with the section line
r based on the section comer monuments of record as shown hereon.

HE I have not found any right-of-way maps or conveyances of record for C.T.H. "A"
for this area. The right-of-way is based upon found monumentation and
WELL® occupation along the easterly side of the highway. Since no records were found
of a right-of-way width, I assumed a width of 66-feet per statute. The centerline
BUILDING then, which is the boundary of the parcel in Section 10 per Doc- No. 203081, is a
• REMNANTS line midway between these lines. The traveled centerline wanders inside this
established right-of-way and has likely changed location over the years.
