CERTIFIED SURVEY NO.
I, John F. Klovning, registered land surveyor, hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the SW% of
the SE-4 of Section 3, Town 29 North, Range 19 West, Town of St.
Joseph, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the BE Corner of the SW14- of the SE'a, Section 3,
T29N, R19W, thence West 486.5 feet along the South line of Section 3;
Thence N 30° 22' W 335.00 feet along the Northeast right-of-way
of a public street;
Thence S 59° 38' W 33.00 feet to the Southwest right-of-way of
a public street to the point of beginning-,
Thence N 30° 22' W 1.0.00 feet along the Southwest right-of-way
of a public street;
Thence S 59° 38' W 157.14 feet;
Thence S 32° 52' E 64.06 feet;
Thence N 59° 34' E 154.34 feet to the Southwest right-of-tray of
a public street;
Thence N 30° 22' W 54.00 feet along the Southwest right-of-way
of a public street to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 0.23 acres, more or less. Said parcel
known as Lot 55 N in Burkhardt., Wisconsin (unincorporated).
That I have made such survey, land division and plat by the
direction of Robert Wilson.
That such plat is a correct representation of all exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and 'the subdivision thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236
of the Wisconsin Statutes and the Subdivision Regulations of the
County of St. Croix and the Town of St. Joseph in surveying, div'id'ing
and :napping the same.
