Much conflicting evidence was i o

discovered while conducting this survey.
Little monument or previous survey I~ i to
evidence was found. Record evidence i
seemed to agree with itself, but in RIGHT ANGLE
some cases was difficult to place on TO SOUTH LINE
the ground because of the lack of
perpetuated monumentation and
conflicting survey records. The parcel S89.50'09"W
ON FENCEt 6.49 3' 33' t ~i
recorded as Volume 307, Page 254, in 130.00' 18't
particular, has a legal description that
for the most part does not agree with N89'43'47 "E 433.04'
the other parcels conveyed in this area 4't (S89'40P06"W 433.01')
or with its occupation. The occupants 5't
of that parcel also appear to occupy NORTH LINE OF THE
beyond their title line. A portion of SWI/4 OF THE NE1/4
the fence is newer than the rest (see 2't

I would recommend that an instrument
be drafted and Quit Claim Deeds be
procured from the various adjoining

owners to enforce the boundaries as
surveyed. I would also recommend that ~ o°
an attorney be consulted regarding this
survey and also the area that is W C;
possessed by others.
