filed in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds); thence NI 1°28'21 "E 317.06' to the
Southwesterly right of way line of Moon Beam West ( this fine being the previous Easterly line of ANN%b
Lot 39 of said plat thence S41°25'00"E 110.00' along said Southwesterly right of way line to a
