DESCRIPTION:
NOTE: no new lots have been created. The purpose of this survey was to retrace and
A parcel of land located in the SE %4 of the SE %4 of Section 17, T29N, R1 9W, Town of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further remark the boundaries of lands
owned by Unlimited Leasing, LLC. These lands were
described as follows:
previously surveyed and marked in 1990 by Land Surveyor Jim Weber. None of the

S89°52'18"W 95.26' along said Northerly right-of-way line; thence S86°26'15"W 200.36' along said Northerly right-of-way line; thence done at the site all the previously
set survey markers have been removed. This map of
N88°25'49"W 247.00' along said right-of -way line; thence N61 °18'46"E 618.00'; thence S00° 00'00"W 290.76' to the point of beginning, survey fits well with the
previous map done by Jim Weber. No discrepancies were found
containing 80,807 square feet (1.86 acres) more or less and being subject to any easements, restrictions or covenants of record at the site or on the deeds of
record.
