DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land located in part of the SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4 and part of the
SE1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of Section 19, T29N, R19W, City of Hudson, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin; further described as follows:
Commencing at the S1/4 corner of said Section 19; thence N89°25'07"E, along
the south line of the SE1/4 of said section, 1168.28 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing N89°25'07"E, along said south line, 150.00 feet;
thence N01 °01'01 "W, 436.00 feet; thence S89°25'07"W, 150.00 feet to the east
line of that Certified Survey Map filed in Volume 9, Page 2630, Document
Number 501133 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office; thence
S01°01'01"E, along said east line and the east line of that Certified Survey Map
filed in Volume 2, Page 478, Document Number 343886 at said office, 436.00
feet to the point of beginning.
The described parcel contains 1.501 Acres or 65,398 Square Feet, and is subject
to the following: right-of-way for Vine Street, an Easement Agreement recorded
in Volume 787, Page 303, Document Number 428810 at the St. Croix County
Register of Deeds office, a Sewer Line Easement recorded in Volume 1109, Page
196, Document Number 525243 at said office, a Storm Water Easement recorded
in Volume 1109, Page 197, Document Number 525244 at said office and all other
easements, restrictions and covenants of record.

I, Francis W. Bleskacek, Registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, do hereby certify to
the best of my knowledge and belief, that I surveyed the described and mapped
property according to the official records and that the accompanying map is a
correctly dimensioned representation to scale of the boundaries. Said property is
subject to all easements, restrictions, and covenants of record. However, I can
not certify to the location of all public and private subsurface improvements on
this property.
