Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 29 North,
Range 19 West, Town of Hudson, St. Croix County; Wisconsin, being part of Lot I of the Plat of
Scenic Hills; described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence S00°06'01"W along the west line of
said Lot I a distance of 245.51 feet to the point of beginning also being the point of curvature of
a 40.00 foot radius curve, concave northeasterly, with a central angle that measures 89°57'48", a
chord that bears S44°52'53"E and measures 56.55 feet; thence along the arc of said curve and lot
line a distance of 62.81 feet to the point of tangency; thence S89'5 1'47"E along the south line of
said Lot I a distance of 63.53 feet; thence N49°16'38"W a distance of 136.36 feet to the point of
beginning.

of Scenic Hills; described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 11; thence N89°51'47"W along the north line of
said Lot I I a distance of 111.74 feet to the point of beginning; thence N89°51'47"W a distance
of 82.97 feet along said lot line to the point of curvature of a 40.00 foot radius curve, concave
southeasterly, with a central angle that measures 90°02'12", a chord that bears S45°07'07"W and
measures 56.59 feet; thence along the arc of said curve and said lot line a distance of 62.86 feet
to the point of tangency; thence SOO°06'01"W along the west line of Lot I I a distance of 52.22
feet; thence N53°I5'I4"E a distance of 153.70 feet to the point of beginning.
