Range 19 West, Town of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being part of Lot 37 of the Plat
of Scenic Hills; described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 37; thence SO0°04' 13"E along the west line of
said Lot 37 a distance of 407.00 feet to the point of beginning, also being the point of curvature
of a 40.00 foot radius curve, concave northeasterly, with a central angle that measures 90°00'00°',
a chord that bears S45°04'13"E and measures 56.57 feet; thence southeasterly along the are of
said curve and along the lot line of said Lot 37 a distance of 62.83 feet to the point of tangency,
thence N89°55'47"E along the southerly line of said Lot 37 a distance of 10.00 feet to the point
of curvature ofa 167.00 foot radius curve, concave northerly, with a central angle that measures
03025'53° a chord that bears N88°12'50.5"E and measures 10.00 feet; thence along the arc of
said curve and said lot line a distance of 10.00 feet; thence N56°34'36"W a distance of 71.94
feet to the point of beginning.

of Scenic Hills; described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 38; thence N00°04' I3"W along the west line of
said Lot 38 a distance of 278.79 feet to the point of beginning; thence N00°04' 13"W along said
line a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of curvature of a 40.00 foot radius curve, concave
southeasterly, with a central angle that measures 90°00'00", a chord that bears N44°55'47"E and
measures 56.57 feet; thence along the arc of said curve and lot line a distance of 62.83 feet to the
point of tangency; thence N89°55'47"E along the north line of Lot 38 a distance of 10.00 feet to
the point of curvature of a 233.00 foot radius curve, concave northerly, with a central angle that
measures 12°19'08", a chord that bears N83'46'1 3"E and measures 50,00 feet; thence along the
