Following the rules for subdivision of sections as set forth in Chapter 59.62 of State Statutes, to locate the south line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4, shows that said south line is south of the said found monuments and the described north line of said small tracts. An attorney should be consulted regarding this matter.
