Boundaries hereon were based on found iron pipes that fit well with recorded distances from the Outlot 46,V* 45.89 Plat of North Hudson and recorded distances from H 233.23" the plat of Lakeside.. These iron pipe fit well with the it 3_ 4 _4-42.20'distances tied into the cast line of the SE of t Section 14. These pipe appear to originate from an 13 R AWING WALLS undated survey by Carroll Grubb of the properties 7:~ - A_ ENCROACH-UP TO 7 adjoining the surveyed parcel on both the north and the south for previous owners Dahl (to the north) and 0 Wantland (to the south). A number of 38" rebar in 3" concrete, of y 1® unknown origin, were also found approximately 10' ~'7a IGARAGEI south of some of the found iron pipes.
