1. This survey is of property described in a Quit
Claim Deed in Volume 2632 Page 547, the original
description of which was conveyed in Volume 307

3. Boundaries hereon were based on found iron pipes
that fit well with recorded distances from the Outlot 46,V* 45.89
Plat of North Hudson and recorded distances from H 233.23"
the plat of Lakeside.. These iron pipe fit well with the it 3_ 4 _4-42.20'distances tied into the cast line of the SE of

Section 14. These pipe appear to originate from an 13 R AWING WALLS
undated survey by Carroll Grubb of the properties 7:~ - A_ ENCROACH-UP TO 7
adjoining the surveyed parcel on both the north and
the south for previous owners Dahl (to the north) and 0
Wantland (to the south). Because iron pipes along { 2 W.D. VOL 307 PAGE 569
the westerly right of way of Galahad Road do not - - (Q,C.D. VOL 2632 PAGE 54
generally form a straight line, a 33' offset from the O
section line was held, as shown on the plat, to
determine the westerly right of way limits of Galahad
_
Road. The distance from this computed position for Ix ~0~1
the comer to the pipe is noted. t^
4. A number of 38" rebar in 3" concrete, of y 1®
unknown origin, were also found approximately 10' ~'7a IGARAGEI
south of some of the found iron pipes. Although
these 318" rebar coincide better with occupation, they
are not typically what a surveyor would set for
comers and do not fit well with distances to any of " I
the other monuments. These 3/8" rebar were rejected I HOUSE
as marking title boundary comers, however they may t
indicate rights of possession, or may have been ` L- - l J

assumed by adjoining owners to be marking the
