A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the SW
1/4 of the NW 1/4, the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and In the NE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1,2, T30N, R16W, Town of
Emerald, St.Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as

Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 12: Thence
