During the course of the survey it was discovered that there was no previous representation to scale thereof survey on record of the existing cemetery and that the description on the abstract provided to Granberg Surveying did not fit the land being occupied by the cemetery. A close examination of the map above will show where the described cemetery property is in relation to the occupied portion as delineated by the found angle-iron fence posts. It is the opinion of Granberg Surveying that Quit Claim Deeds be signed and recorded by the parties involved or that may have a claim to any lands shown hereon between the  cemetery as described and the proposed "add-on" parcel
