REPORT OF SUPVPY:
The surveyed parcel sncwn on this Map of Survey is: that property described i.n a Dee(
1017 page 82 in the Register of Deeds Office in and for St. Croix County, Wisconsin. red in nnrt of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Lot 81. (should be Block 81.) EXCEPT that part conveyed in Deed Volume 106 page 616
82 does NOT mention an additional EXCEPTION, which is Volume 106 page 439. Said Volui
n a Deed recorded in Volume
mentioned in deeds prior to said volume 1017 page 82 in the chain of title, this is a
Commitment: from River Valley Abstract & Title, Inc. in Hudson, Wisconsin.
This survey was done= far-: Patrice Dewitt, at the request of
Dale Strobeen - Realtor - Coldwell. Banker, f
%n doing this survey several problems were encountered, some of which, with history ,
g 1). The recorded Plat (Jewett: Mills) was done in 1888, meaning original monuments fo i~

2). A survey was done by Allen C. Nyhagen on part of Block 81 in 1982,
this survey did NOT reflect the above said EXCEPTION to Block 81 described in said V
appears 4!r, Nyhagen did not have a Title Commitment or did not check previous deeds
disagree with the Nyhagen survey in that the Plat, cannot be projected north of the W
south of the Willow River as there are no distances across said River that could be

the north line of Section 4, Township 30 North, Range 17 West and numerous found iro
surveyed Block 81 in establishing the boundaries of the property hereon surveyed. Th
