SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
1, James E. Rusch, registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, hereby certify. That
on July 16, 1997, 1 surveyed and monumented the northwest line of that parcel
of land located in Government Lot 2 of Section 36, T30N, R2741, Town of Erin
Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin;
That such parcel is recorded in Volume 519, Page 376, as Document number 325399;
That such survey %Ias Performed at the direction of Mr. Josenh Grant, Pine Lake
County Park Director; and
That such line is more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the South 1/4 Corner of said Section 36; thence N 0°01'39`° E
(recorded as NORTH) 50,00' (assumed bearing referenced to the monumented South
line of the SE's of said Section 36, which line hears S 89°29'00" E, assumed)
along the West line of said parcel in Volume 519, Page 376, being also the
4iest line of said Government Lot 2, and also the Borth-South 1/4 Section line
of said Section 36; thence N 54031'00" E 514', more or less, (recorded as
N 54° E 550", more or less), to the grater's edge of Pine Lake, said line
there terminating.
