Commencing at the East 1/4 comer of Section Two (2), Township Thirty (30) North,
Range Eighteen (18) West;
thence on an assumed bearing of South along the East line of the Southeast One Quarter
(SE*) of said Section Two (2), a distance of 650.94 feet;
thence North 890 21' 30" West, 248.00 feet to an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of
Certified Survey Map No. 520 as recorded in Volume 2 of Certified Survey Maps on Page
520, said iron pipe being the point of beginning of the parcel here-in described;
thence South along the West line of said Certified Survey Map, 612.63 feet to an iron
pipe at the Southwest corner of said Certified Survey:
thence North 890 11' 30" West, along the Northerly right-of-way line of County Trunk
Highway "GG", 106.70 feet to an iron pipe;
thence North 612.32 feet to a wooden pest;
thence South 890 21' 30" East, 106.70 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.5 acres.
It is the purpose of this legal description to enlarge the Warren Leonard property which
is described in Volume 2 of Certified Survey Maps on Page 520 as Certified Survey No. 520.
