Dear Sir
We have completed the land survey in Section 19, Town of
Richmond (formerly Dennis Kinney property), Upon surveying
the property we have discovered a number of problems,.
The recorded distances on the deed does not match the measured
distances in the field, The legal description around the
existing building does not mathematically close, Because the
deed calls off existing fence lines which through measurement
appears to be in the right position. We have set iron property
corners to the best of our ability using the fence lines and
recorded distance along the centerline of town road, We strongly
suggest that a new deed or a corrective description be drafted
to remedy these problems,
