the east 33 feet for town road purposes and subject to all other
easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
SURVEYOR'S REPORT
The only record found regarding 112TH St. was the Road Certification
form which showed the length of this road as being 0.75 miles from
C.T.H. G southward. No evidence of right-of-way width was found. I
have shown said street as 66 feet wide according to directions set
forth in the state statutes regarding public roads.
