SURVEYOR'S PORT .
This survey is a retracement of a survey performed by Carrel Grubb dated
4/18/73. Many of the monuments he placed were found and used as the basis
of this survey, The measurements to the monuments found along the north
line of Government Lot 2, as previously established and mapped, and the
west line. of Hilltop Ridge agree with the various deed calls within reason.
The monument found at the Worth Quarter corner of Section 27 ( the
Northeast corner of Goverment Lot 2 ) appears to be in a different
sition than the one described by previous surveyors who worked in the
area, The found monument is 7.66 feet west and 2.98 feet north of the
positions as called for in the de and shown on the various maps of survey
in the area. Y held the monuments found along the north line of Government
Lot 2 and the west line of Hilltop Ridge as the best evidence from which to
establish the boundaries of the parcel surveyed, and monumented said parcel
corners as shown on this map.
I hereby certify to the best of knowledge and belief that I have
surveyed the parcel shown on this map according to the official records,
that said survey was performed by me or under my direct supervision, that
said map is a correctly dimensioned representation to scale of the
boundaries surveyed, that all buildings and improvements lie wholly within
a
the boundary lines and that no encroachments by adjoining owners appear
