Section 14. T31N, R18P7. Tovm of Star Prairie, Wisconsin; further
described as follows
Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 14, said N 1/4
corner is also the point of beginning of this description; thence
S 0°-O1'-08" E along the West line of the NE 1/4, 333.87 feet to the
centerline of a town RD; thence N 15.121-01" E along the centerline
of said town RD, 165.53 feet to a point of curvature of a curve
concaved Southeasterly and having a central angle of 75°42°-25°' and
a radius of 230.27 feet; thence Northeasterly 304.27 feet along the
arc of the curve, the long chord of which bears N 53.03'-13.5" E,
282.61 feet to the North line of the NE 1/4 and the point of tangency
thereof, said arc also being the aforesaid centerline of a town RD;
thence N 89-05'-34" W along the North line of the NE 1/4, 269.41 feet
to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 0.488 acres and is subject to a town RD.
