that by the direction of Richard Moulton, I have surveyed, mapped and
described the land parcel which is represented by this Certified Survey
Map; that the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped
is described as follows:
A parcel of land located in part of the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section
29, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin,

thence N01057118"E, 425.61 feet to a point on curve of a 77.00 foot
radius curve being the southerly right-of-way of Nighthawk Drive,
