I, Douglas J. Zahler, Registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, hereby certify that by the direction of Dave
Bracht, I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NEIA of the NEIA, and part of the SETA of
the NEIA, of Section 29, T3 IN, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, also being
Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 9, Page 2607 in the office of the St. Croix County
Register of Deeds; described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Section 29; thence SO0°22'27"W, along the east line of the
NEU4 of said Section 29, 620.29 feet to northerly right-of-way of a town road (198'h ave.), and the
northerly tine of said Certified Survey Map; thence N88°59' 19"W, along said northerly right-of-way, and
northerly line, 604.12 feet to the northeast comer of said Lot 2 and the point of beginning; thence
continuing N88°59' 19"W, along the northerly line of said Lot 2 389.32 feet to the northwest comer of said
Lot 2; thence S00°10'09"W, along the west line of said Lot 2, 626.48 feet to the beginning of a meander
line along the northerly shore of the Apple River; thence N71°37'51"E, along said meander line, 343.11
feet to the east line of said Lot 2; thence N00°1 I'42"E, along said east line, 381.52 feet to a point on an 80
foot radius curve, concave northeasterly, whose central angle measures 129°53'13", whose chord bears
N26°16'59.5"E, and measures 144.94 feet; thence, along the arc of said curve 181.36 feet to the point of
beginning; including all lands lying between said meander line and the thread of the Apple River lying
between the east and west lines of the above described parcel projected southerly from said meander line to
the thread of said river. Above described parcel contains 4.24 Acres (184,714 Sq. Ft.) to meander line.
Parcel is subject to all other easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
I also certify that this Certified Survey Map is a correct representation to scale of the exterior boundary
surveyed and described; that I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin
Statutes and the Land Subdivision Ordinance of the County of St. Croix and the Town of Star Prairie in
surveying and mapping same.
