1, Ty R. Dodge, a Registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that by the direction of
Daniel W. and Judy C. Fleming, d have surveyed, divided and mapped a parcel of land located in
part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter all in Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie, St,
Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 29; thence, on an assumed bearing along
the east-west Quarter line of said Section 29, North 89 degrees 45 minutes 33 seconds West a
distance of 479.38 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence, continuing
along last said Quarter line, North 89 degrees 45 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 402.33
feet to a meander line, established for purposes of this survey, along the easterly shore of the
Apple River; thence, along last said meander line, North 41 degrees 01 minutes 53 seconds West
a distance of 487.53 feet to the easterly boundary of that property described in a Warranty Deed
recorded in Volume 950 Page 75 in the Register of Deeds Office for said County; thence, along
last said easterly line, North 25 degrees 25 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 243.63 feet to
the west line of the said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence, along last said
westerly line, South 00 degrees 39 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of 1.46 feet to the easterly

this survey, along the westerly shore of the Apple River; thence, the following being along said

distance of 231.65 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all lands lying between the above
described meander tine and the shore of the Apple River. Containing approximately 549,494
square feet (12.61 acres). Subject to all easements, restrictions, and covenants of record.
I also certify that this map is a correct representation to scale of the exterior boundaries surveyed
and described, that 1 have complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin State
Statutes and the Subdivision Ordinance of the County of St. Croix and the Town of Star Prairie in
