NOTE: the purpose of this survey is to mark that parcel of land awarded to Jon &
Jeanette Meyers in St. Croix County Circuit Court as described in Volume 1086, Page
488 ( Document No. 518941) in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. The other
monuments shown ( found or set ) are done so to support the position of the 1' wide
parcel as shown hereon. The entire property owned by the Meyers was not surveyed but
other monumentation was needed to confirm the position of the 1' wide parcel.

preceded the pipe so the stone was used to
