SURIrEYOR'.S NOTE: on the Hoggats 0 w W a
deed for this property ( see description
there is a call for the South 9.37 feet of
vacated Pick Street. In the process of doing 6 S8903
the field work for this survey it was
discovered that the South boundary of the
Plat of Briarwood is 9.32 feet ( according to N" tg
monumentation) North of the monuments I O\ v I
found at the site corresponding to the description of Hoggats property. After I_
checking the deeds of the properties directly BLOCK A"
East and West of this property it was
w discovered that the South 9.37 feet of ( m co
vacated Pick Street was not added to those ( 4 ~ a
descriptions or deeds either. It is apparent ` ~ o n
that there is a gag between the Hoggats W f 0 o
property and the South line of the plat of I W I , mCa
Briarwood. It may be that someone other a m
than the Hoggats may still own this gap or it
may be under ownership of the City of mG N
Hudson ( possibly reserved as an easement 6' Q
of some sort}. It is strongly recommended 6 (X
by Granberg Surveying that legal counsel beI
sought before improving or claiming this G
property between the monumented South
line of Briarwood and the monumented
North line of the property owned by the
Hoggats. I k
