These iron pipe fit well with the distances tied into the cast line of the SE of Section 14. These pipe appear to originate from an r WALLS PP undated survey by Carroll Grubb of the properties T ENCROACH-UP 70 7 adjoining the surveyed parcel on both the north and t ITI ` - the south for previous owners Dahl (to the north) and Wentland (to the south). A number of 3/8" rebar in 3" concrete, of c 1 unknown origin, were also found approximately 10' } > in !GARAGE' south of some of the found iron pipes. Although CD these 3/8" rebar coincide better with occupation, they 0 are not typically what a surveyor would set for corners and der not fit well with distances to any of m the other monuments. These 318" rebar were rejected HOUSE as marking title boundary comers, however they may indicate rights of possession, or may have been - J assumed by adjoining owners to be marking the property lines.
