The above conveyance refers to railroad tracks that have now since been removed. Because all u
tracks in this area have been removed, retracing their location with certainty is impossible. II
Approximate location of the former tracks is shown for reference, however, to clear title in these I
areas a quiet title action, or quit claims of interest from the successors in title to the Railroad would
be the recommended course of action for the hatched area adjoining former spur track No. 10. Quit
claim deeds to an agreed boundary location would be the recommended course of action for the I
