That I have resurveyed, divided and mopped all of the certified survey map recorded in Volume 12 of
Certified Survey Maps. Page 3314 of the office of the St„ Croix Register of Deeds, being a resurvey of
Lot 6 of the plat of Hammond Industrial Park, being part of the SE B/4 of the SE 1/4. Section 28, T29N,
R17W. Village of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin bounded by a line described as follows:
Commencing at the east one quarter corner of sold Section 28;
Thence S 00009'26"W, along the east line of sold section. 1715.21 feet;
Thence N 89'15'3T"W. 50.00 feet to the northeast corner of sold Lot 6 and the point of beginning;
Thence S 00°09'26"W, along the east line of sold lot, 766.91 feet;
Thence S 45025134"W, along the south line of sold lot, 142.89 feet;
Thence S 75411"01"W, along the south line of sold lot, 56.35 feet;
Thence N 89`08'10"W, along the south line of sold lot. 371.70 feet to a point of curve;
