SURVEYOR'S REPORT
I
White researching the deeds for this property, it was apparent to me \ ,
that some of the tegat descriptions were dependent upon locating a
stone monument that was called for on the Outlot Plat as being the
sixteenth corner common to the four quarter-quarter sections described xr r
above (40 corner). Outtot 59, deed Volume 336, Page 182 and deed y 1
Volume 409, Page 63, were dependent upon determining the intersection 4r x.
of Francis Street and Spring Street and Outlot 58. 1 was able to r r °t.
retrace these properties with monuments found in the outlots to the 4 F Iby
southeast and to Harrtmans Addition, These boundaries are shown on
this map with a solid line. The boundaries that are shown with a
d
broken tine are the boundaries that are dependent upon locating the ~v rte.

upon the tegal description to deed Vo€ume 426, Page 467. 1 have also
shown on this map the position of the sixteenth corner as computed by u
subdividing the section, per 59,62 o the State Statutes, Also note
that no deed was found to the school district that covers that part of

Since the tegat descrYpttons of the property leave much to
inIerpretation and opin;on, I have provided a legal description that
tees the surveyed boundary into the boundaries or' Section 35. I °woulcl
suggest that the Eegai descr~pt;on be used to caar;fy and con dense the
extstdng descrept[nns. An attorney shou'td be consulted regard;ng S 9f4 m
